Direct
from Argentina, the ten dancers and
four musicians introduced two dance
styles to over 800 students ... The Milonga and Tango. The band “rocked”
while the dancers moved so swiftly
through their footwork, the students
were mystified by an ensemble that
left Kerrville to be the headliner
at the Peacock Theater in London.
Individual dancing &
ensemble dancing were interspersed
throughout
the program.
The Kerrville
Performing Arts Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization,
supported financially through season subscriptions, grants, and
donations,
bringing a world of superb performing arts to the Texas
Hill Country, providing outreach programs for the youth of the
community,
and offering scholarships to the future generation of
performing artists.
